What’s the difference between our Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette collections?
Eau de Parfum meaning: A long-lasting way to enjoy fragrances at their most pure, for up to eight hours. Blended with 20% oil concentration, one of the highest in which perfumes can be found, our Eau de Parfum slowly unfurls throughout the day, sharing its top notes in the day and base by night. Wear a few spritzes as the ultimate accessory to special occasions or an evening out.
Eau de Toilette meaning: Made with the same fragrance notes as our most popular Bath, Body, Hand and Home collections. With 10% fragrance oil concentration, an Eau de Toilette offers a lighter wear on the skin. As our Eau de Toilette reveals its notes over around three hours, appoint a light mist at the pulse points for memorable everyday wear, and multiple spritzes whenever you’d like to create a captivating impression.
Eau de Parfum Signature Note
Each of our Eaux de Parfum is elevated by a signature note – a perfumer-picked note to contrast, complement or enrich the original Eau de Toilette.
Master Perfumer Jacques Chabert, creator of iconic Re-charge Black Pepper chose to amplify his Eau de Parfum with myrtle pepper for ‘wonderful harmony’: “It’s a robust and complex pepper with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. I like to think of it as a piquant accent that adds a rich additional dimension.”
